Our Settlement and Closing Services include

Document preparation

We help in the preparation of all your closing documents including preparing HUD-1 Settlement Statements and Affidavit's of Title, to be signed at closing.

Mortgage Payoffs

We can order and issue all Mortgage and Judgment payoffs making your pre-post closing experience easier.

Disbursements

As part of our settlement services we have the ability to issue checks during any phase of the closing process.

Closing attendance
